Preferred candidate profile

- Manage employee onboarding.
- Conducting induction and new line orientation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support HR operations and administrative activities
- Conduct exit interviews and manage employee separation processes.
- Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues.
- Support grievance handling and conflict resolution.
- Organize employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
- Address and maintain 0- 30 days Attrition report and conduct HR surgery.
- Conduct skip level meetings with our employee
- Coordinate employee confirmation, probation, and performance review processes.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with the payroll or finance team.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
