Eligibility Criteria

Freshers:

- B.Sc. (Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Nursing, Pharmacy, Allied Health Sciences) or any Science/Healthcare-related graduation.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to build a career in the healthcare industry.

Experienced Candidates:

- 04 years of experience in Healthcare Telecalling, Medical Appointment Scheduling, Healthcare Customer Service, Hospital Call Center, Diagnostic Center, Healthcare BPO, or related healthcare processes.

Job Responsibilities

- Interact with patients/customers over calls and understand their requirements.
- Provide accurate information and support related to healthcare services.




- Follow communication guidelines and process protocols while handling calls.
- Maintain detailed records of customer/patient interactions in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Build positive relationships with customers/patients through qualified communication.

Requirements

- Science or healthcare educational background is preferred for freshers.
- Healthcare telecalling/customer support experience preferred for experienced candidates.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to handle different customer profiles.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Good typing and computer skills.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
- Night shifts applicable for male candidates only (No night shifts for female candidates).

Language Requirements

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.
