Hiring: HR Executive (Factory HR)

Location: Kundli, Sonipat (Haryana)

Salary: 15,000 25,000 per month (Based on experience & interview)

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage factory HR operations, labour management, payroll, and compliance. Candidates with factory HR experience are preferred; however, freshers who are willing to work in a factory environment are also welcome to apply.

Roles & Requirements:

- Handle factory labour and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Prepare manual payroll in MS Excel using formulas and assist in salary distribution.
- Maintain attendance, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations.
- Handle employee grievances and support day-to-day HR operations.
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/HR preferred but not mandatory).
- 03 years of experience in HR/Factory HR (Freshers are welcome).
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, labour laws, payroll, and compliance.
- Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing/factory environment.
