Eligibility

Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through voice support in a professional manner.
- Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, and account management.
- Provide timely and accurate resolutions while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records and adhere to quality and compliance standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and process improvements.
