Guest Relation Associate (Gold Class)

They will be responsible to enhancing the positive and welcoming experience for moviegoers. This includes greeting guests, assisting with ticket purchases and information, resolving issues, and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment. They also handle food and beverage orders, manage the concession stand, and may assist with seating and other guest needs experience by overseeing guest interactions, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth service flow.

This role demands excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.

Eligibility - Diploma in Hotel Management or Aviation, or Graduation with hospitality experience

Age 18-27 yrs. Ability to read and comprehend in English, Fluent in English, Pleasing and extrovert personality.

CTC 23500 per month
