Ensure that Gold Loan branch is popularized in catchment area of 5 square kilometers for enhancing walk-ins resulting in business.

Maintain customer contact details for customer follow-up by branch team.

Maintain & update MIS required by Branch team, Area Manager & Head Office on daily basis.
