BookTheSalon is a growing salon discovery, booking, live-queue and business-management platform. We are looking for energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives to help us expand our salon network across Pune.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit salons and meet salon owners/managers
- Introduce and demonstrate the BookTheSalon platform
- Explain product features, benefits and pricing
- Generate qualified leads and onboard new salons
- Follow up with salons during their free-trial period
- Convert free-trial salons into paid customers
- Build and maintain relationships with salon owners
- Maintain daily sales and follow-up records
- Achieve monthly sales and paid-conversion targets
- Provide customer and market feedback to the team
What Were Looking For:
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Confident in meeting and speaking with business owners
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Comfortable with field sales and local travel across Pune
