Position Details
Designation: Executive – Sales Operations & Store Coordination
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
Experience: Freshers to 8 Years
Industry Preference: FMCG / Food & Beverage
Maximum Salary Offered: 25,000 – 30,000 Net Take Home per Month (Based on experience & suitability)
Payroll: LOBO Staffing (Third-Party Payroll)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries and sales orders through phone and email.
Process customer orders accurately in the ERP system.
Coordinate with the Sales Team for quotations, RFQs and order execution.
Prepare and share customer quotations and pricing details.
Coordinate with Stores, Finance and Logistics regarding stock availability, dispatches and credit notes.
Maintain accurate sales records, reports and inventory data using Advanced MS Excel.
Follow up on pending orders and proactively update customers regarding deliveries.
Improve order fulfilment, support sales growth and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Communicate stock availability, shortages and delivery timelines to customers and the Sales Team.
Desired Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel and MS Word.
Good analytical, coordination and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines.
Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
High level of integrity, ownership and attention to detail.
Experience in FMCG/Food Industry will be an added advantage.
Confident and enthusiastic freshers with excellent communication and computer skills are encouraged to apply.
