Qualification : Diploma Chemical / B.Sc / B.E - Chemical

1. To ensure smooth running of the plant, co-ordinate effectively with engineering department for preventive maintenance, utility, services etc.
2. To ensure that production norms as per laid down procedure are achieved through optimum use of resources & report to Manager - Production about the area requiring improvement.
3. To prepare & report to Manager - Production on daily basis containing functioning of the plant in all respect covering shortage of manpower, incident of indiscipline if any including sleeping case and any other observation in any shift working and take corrective steps immediately to avoid recurrence.
4. To keep watch on avoiding process deviation to report all process deviation minor as well as critical.
5. To issue the BPCR from Q.A. as per planed production, to submit the filled BPCR, to comply the quarry raised by QA.
6. To sample Distilled solvent ,reaction mass & material as needed & send to sample to QC along with Intimation.
7. Charge hand over & take over at shift change on spot & equipment applicable with physical verification of process parameters,material & all related documents.
8. To handle the software related activity on system (EDMS,LMS,Current LIMS,AMS & HRMS etc.)

Arrange R.M &Generate; R.M Requisition on SCM as per planing.
10. Role : Chemist / Sr. Chemist - Production API

Qualification : Diploma Chemical / B.Sc

1. To monitor the process & work up of batches as per SOP / BPCR as applicable with the help of Operators / Technician.
2. To coordinate with other departments i.e QC/ QA/ Engineering/EHS department.
3. To fill the BPCR, Usage log books correctly at the equipment and in time, To fill SOP compliance records.
4. To follow Production Schedule & charge batches accordingly.
5. To sample Distilled solvent ,reaction mass & material as needed & send to sample to QC along with Intimation.
6. Role : Technician / Sr. Technician - Production API

Qualification : Diploma Chemical / B.Sc / B.E - Chemical

1. To process the batch charging with safety , to monitor the process , work up of batches as per SOP / BPCR as applicable .
2. To follow instruction from supervisor for all Production & other department related work .
3. To coordinate with other departments i.e QC/ QA/ EHS department.
4. To perform I.e Loading ,unloading material from centrifuge ANFD & etc.
5. To fill the BPCR, SOP, LMS,EDMS, New LIMS records & Usage log books correctly and maintain online documentation and data integrity.
