- Handle domestic flight bookings using Galileo GDS.
- Issue, reissue, cancel, and refund air tickets.
- Manage reservations, itinerary changes, and fare quotations.
- Coordinate with airlines and provide customer support.
- Ensure accurate ticketing and compliance with airline policies.
Requirements:
- 34 years of experience in domestic air ticketing.
- Hands-on experience with Galileo GDS is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of domestic fare rules and ticketing procedures.
- Solid communication and customer service skills.
