- Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Telugu.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to work in shifts.

Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
- Follow process guidelines and productivity targets.
- Stay updated with process-related information and daily updates.

Shift Details




- Login Hours: 10:30 hours
- Production Hours: 9:30 hours
- Male Candidates: 24/7 rotational shifts
- Female Candidates: Rotational day shifts

Working Days
- 5 working days per week
- 2 rotational weekly offs
