Key Responsibilities

- Prepare the Cath Lab before procedures by arranging sterile instruments, catheters, and equipment.
- Assist cardiologists during procedures such as:

- Coronary Angiography (CAG)

- Angioplasty (PTCA/PCI)

- Pacemaker implantation

- Peripheral angiography/interventions

- Temporary pacemaker insertion
- Operate fluoroscopy, hemodynamic monitoring systems, and other Cath Lab equipment.
- Monitor patient vital signs, ECG, oxygen saturation, and blood pressure during procedures.
- Maintain sterile technique and infection control standards.
- Prepare and administer contrast media under physician supervision.
- Assist in emergency cardiac procedures and respond promptly to critical situations.
- Document procedure details and maintain patient records.
- Ensure proper handling, cleaning, and maintenance of Cath Lab equipment.
- Monitor inventory and ensure availability of catheters, guidewires, balloons, stents, and other consumables.
- Adhere to radiation safety protocols by using protective equipment and minimizing radiation exposure.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:

- Cath Lab Technology

- Cardiac Care Technology

- Cardiovascular Technology
