About the Role:We are looking for a Business Head to lead and scale our Critical Care & ICU Equipment division across South India.

You will own the P&L;, drive revenue growth, build strategic hospital partnerships, and lead a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities: Own overall P&L;, revenue targets, and market expansion for Critical Care & ICU equipment portfolio.

Develop business strategy for Ventilators, Patient Monitors, Infusion Pumps, Defibrillators, and other ICU devices.

Build and maintain CXO level relationships with Hospitals, Hospital Chains, Govt Tenders, and Key Distributors. Lead, mentor, and manage Regional Sales Managers, Product Specialists, and Service team.

Drive new product launches, market penetration, and key account management.

Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Regulatory,



and Service for clinical support and demos.

Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and provide inputs for forecasting and business planning.

Monitor KPIs: revenue, margins, receivables, market share, and team productivity.

Candidate Requirements: 10 to 20 years experience in Medical Devices sales, with min 4-5 years as Business Head / Zonal Head / GM.

Proven track record in Critical Care, ICU Equipment, or Hospital Capital Equipment sales.

Strong network with Hospital CXOs, HODs - ICU, Anesthesia, Cardiology in Bangalore / South India preferred.

Graduate in Biomedical / Pharmacy. MBA preferred. Medical background is preferred.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and P&L; management skills. Willing to travel extensively across South India.
