Job Overview

We are looking for energetic, target-driven Telesales / Inside Sales Executives to engage with prospective buyers, tenants, and property owners. In this role, you will connect with platform-generated leads, understand client needs, pitch NoBroker’s premium subscription packages, and close sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound Lead Conversion: Call warm prospects generated via the NoBroker app and platform.
- Consultative Pitching: Understand buyer, seller,



or tenant requirements and pitch suitable NoBroker buyer/seller plans and value-added services.
- Negotiation & Closure: Address client queries, overcome objections professionally, and guide customers toward closing paid subscriptions.
- Pipeline Management: Follow up consistently with prospects to maintain a healthy sales pipeline and reach target conversion rates.
- Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed daily calling metrics, lead conversion benchmarks, and monthly revenue targets.
- Data Hygiene: Maintain accurate and timely updates of customer interactions, leads, and deal statuses in our CRM system.Role & responsibilities
