Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-orientated accountant with 5–8 years of experience in accounting and most preferably in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and coordination with auditors. Prior experience working in or alongside a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accurate bookkeeping in Tally.
- Prepare and file GST returns, reconcile GST records, and ensure compliance with GST regulations.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, return filing, and statutory compliance.
- Manage payroll-related statutory compliances including ESI and PF.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash and bank transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants and auditors for statutory, tax, and internal audits.
- Assist in finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements.
- Monitor receivables, payables, and vendor reconciliations.




- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company financial policies
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records for audit purposes.
- Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com.) or equivalent. M.Com. or CA Inter. is preferred.
- 5–8 years of accounting experience, preferably in the real estate industry.

- Bank Reconciliation

- Financial Reporting

- Tally ERP/Tally Prime

- Microsoft Excel
- Experience coordinating with Chartered Accountants (CA) and auditor offices.
- Valuable analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in real estate accounting.
- Hands-on experience working with Chartered Accountant (CA) firms or coordinating closely with CA offices.
- Knowledge of statutory and tax compliance applicable to the real estate sector.
