markets The BPO finance team supports CFOs providing financial insights on performance and tracking progress of strategic initiatives This role is a key leadership role within BPO The role works very closely partners with Business Heads on Performance Management Strategic Finance FP A P L Forecasting Budgeting develop revenue models and conduct scenario planning P L Governance Manage segment-level P L governance and performance monitoring for Financials and key KPIs like AUM Assets Under Management and NTB New to Bank Profitability Analysis Analyse product-wise profitability and structured products Capital Cost Analysis Conduct capital allocation studies cost optimization and margin diagnostics Advanced Analytics including Portfolio Product Analytics Predictive Modelling Profitability Analytics Peers benchmarking etc Data Reporting Data Management Analysis Adept in managing and analysing huge data sets for decision making Governance Ensure data accuracy reconciliation and validation of data to ensure fit for use MIS Frameworks Architect and standardize MIS frameworks Reporting Manage periodic Board-level reports dashboards with KPI-driven insights for Product and Group Performance Reviews Technical Skills Required In-depth knowledge and experience of the Wealth and Retail Banking business - particularly in Wealth Products Affluent Segment and Private Banking Key drive consistent and sustainable above and beyond business performance Partnership with Business and the CFO teams to drive and manage Country Performance via agreed metrices Process Being a Functional owner of the FP A process responsible for Implement industry best practices on Performance Management Forecasting and Business Analytics Drive continuous process improvement which drives efficiency and better control in all the FP A activities Collaborate with other Business Performance leads to ensure standard and consistent MI is delivered to business across WRB People Talent To lead inspire and motivate the teams ensuring that everyone achieves their potential and that the team delivers its collective agenda Enhance overall culture of the organisation with improved My Voice scores through targeted actions Build and execute a People Engagement strategy that encompasses timely relevant updates as well as social engagement to improve overall employee well being Employ
