We are seeking a highly experienced VP - Angular Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 14-19 years of experience in developing Angular applications. As a VP - Angular Expert, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers to design, develop and maintain complex web applications. You should have a deep understanding of Angular, its architecture and be able to design scalable, maintainable and high-performance applications. You should have a passion for technology and be able to inspire your team to deliver high-quality code that meets business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers to design, develop and maintain complex web applications using Angular
- Design scalable, maintainable and high-performance applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality code that meets business requirements
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in Angular development
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
- Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
- Identify and address technical debt
- Provide technical leadership and drive technical excellence within the team
- Manage and prioritize team workload and deliverables
Skills and Qualifications
- 14-19 years of experience in developing Angular applications
- Robust understanding of Angular, its architecture, and best practices
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript. No Dot NET domain candidates
- Experience in building responsive, cross-browser compatible web applications
- Experience in developing RESTful APIs
- Experience in writing unit tests using Jasmine and Karma
- Experience in using version control systems like Git
- Experience in Agile development methodologies
- Experience in leading a team of developers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
