- Install, configure, and manage VMware vSphere environments (ESXi, vCenter).
- Perform regular monitoring, maintenance, and upgrades of virtual environments.
- Handle VM provisioning, cloning, snapshots, storage, and resource allocation.
- Troubleshoot virtualization-related issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement tuning recommendations.
- Ensure high availability and business continuity using VMware HA, DRS, and vMotion.
- Manage and optimize storage (SAN/NAS) connected to the VMware infrastructure.
- Maintain documentation for configuration, changes, and procedures.
- Collaborate with other IT teams (network, security, Windows/Linux) as needed.
