Responsibilities
EHS
- Must ensure that all his team workers will use all mandatory (Safety Helmet, Safety Goggle, Safety Shoes &
- High Visibility Jacket) and relevant work-related PPE's before starting any activity
- Conduct daily Safety Toolbox Meeting at the beginning shift.
- Must ensure implementation & sustenance of all work permits.
- Must actively participate in all Company's Safety program / drives (S7, 5S etc.)
- Must conduct monthly BBS visit &
- S7 audit
- Must coach all his team members on Protected Behaviours & initiate disciplinary action on any safety rule violation as per company policy.
Job Related
- Responsible for ensuring the making of correct Job as per drawing in VMC, CNC, Lathe Machine,
- A VMC Programmer is responsible for creating, editing, and optimizing CNC programs for Vertical Machining Centres to manufacture precision components as per engineering drawings and specifications.
- Develop CNC programs using G-code/M-code and CAM software for VMC machines.
- Adhere operation and maintenance SOP of Machine Workshop Related Equipment.
- Experience with CAM software like CAM work and Familiarity with CNC controllers (Fanuc, Siemens, Haas, etc.)
