- Machine Setup & Calibration: Configure high-speed Viswill visual inspection systems (TVIS/CVIS) by adjusting camera settings, lighting, 3D laser parameters, and product recipes.
- Batch Operations: Load hoppers, operate the touchscreen interface, and monitor the continuous, automated inspection of tablets or capsules.
- Mechanical Changeovers: Swap out size-dependent mechanical tooling, feeder tracks, and vacuum belts between different product batches.
- Defect Monitoring: Track real-time reject rates on the interface to spot recurring tablet issues like chips, cracks, prints flaws, or discoloration.
- Sorting Verification: Perform periodic manual sampling of valuable and rejected product bins to verify the machine's sorting accuracy.
- Cleaning & Optics Maintenance: Regularly clean line-scan cameras, optical glass, LEDs, and vacuum ducts to keep powder dust from interfering with vision sensors.
- Line Clearance: Execute strict pharmaceutical line clearances between production runs to prevent batch cross-contamination.
- cGMP & Documentation: Complete batch records, logbooks, and defect logs in compliance with cGMP, FDA, and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
