Experience: 4–5 Years Role Overview

Create, shoot, and edit high-quality video and photography content for MGM Hotels & Resorts and MGM Dizzee World, focusing on social media-driven storytelling, compelling brand visuals, and engaging post-production. Key Responsibilities

Shoot reels, short-form videos, and promotional content.

Handle product, food, interior, and exterior photography.

Capture rides, events, activities, room walkthroughs, and lifestyle visuals.

Execute creative camera movements for engaging social content.

Operate DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, GoPro, Drone, and Insta360.

Plan and execute shoots aligned with brand briefs.

Travel across MGM properties and Dizzee World locations as required.

Edit reels, shorts, promotional, and event videos.

Create motion graphics and typography-based text animations.

Sync visuals with music, sound effects, and voiceovers.

Apply transitions, color correction, and final polish.

Optimize assets for various social media platforms.

Coordinate effectively with marketing and creative teams. Requirements





4–5 years of skilled experience in both videography and video editing.

Strong understanding of lighting, framing, composition, and visual storytelling.

Experience in hospitality, food, lifestyle, or entertainment sectors.

Proven ability to manage shoots independently and meet tight deadlines.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and motion graphics tools.

Strong sense of pacing, music synchronization, and social media trends.

Knowledge of AI tools for enhancing typography and video graphics.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Expertise in advanced camera gear (e.g., lighting setups, gimbals, or cinema lenses).

Prior experience within hospitality, travel, or amusement park industries.

Graphic design proficiency (Photoshop/Illustrator)
