We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Visa Counsellor to assist clients with their visa application process for study work tourist and immigration purposes The candidate should be well-versed in different visa categories embassy procedures and documentation requirements Key Responsibilities Provide accurate counselling to clients regarding visa options based on their profile Guide applicants through end-to-end visa application procedures Review and verify client documents to ensure completeness and accuracy Stay updated with the latest immigration rules and embassy guidelines Assist clients with form filling and appointment scheduling Handle client queries via phone email and in person Maintain records of client interactions and application statuses Coordinate with universities consultants embassies where required Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong knowledge of visa processes and documentation Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle multiple clients and meet deadlines Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling Qualification Experience Bachelor s degree preferred 1-3 years of experience in visa counselling or a related field freshers may also apply if trained Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 11 074 31 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Internet reimbursement Work Location In person
