Role Description We are seeking an experienced New Zealand Visa Filing Officer to join our New Delhi office. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience handling New Zealand student visa applications and possess in-depth knowledge of Immigration New Zealand (INZ) requirements, documentation, financial assessment, and visa filing procedures. This role requires someone who can independently manage visa cases from document collection to final submission while ensuring complete compliance with New Zealand immigration regulations.

Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end processing of New Zealand student visa filing.

Review and verify all student documents for accuracy and completeness.

Prepare visa files in accordance with Immigration New Zealand (INZ) guidelines.

Assess financial documents, Academic requirements, and supporting evidence.

Guide students on visa documentation, SOP requirements, medicals, police clearances, and other compliance requirements.

Upload and submit visa applications through the appropriate INZ platform.





Track application progress and keep students and counsellors informed of updates.

Respond to visa-related queries and assist in resolving documentation issues.

Coordinate with counsellors, admissions teams, and students to ensure timely submissions.

Maintain accurate records of all applications and ensure confidentiality of documents.

Stay updated with the latest New Zealand immigration policies, visa rules, and procedural changes. Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years of experience handling New Zealand student visa filing.

Robust understanding of Immigration New Zealand (INZ) visa policies and documentation requirements.

Proven experience in preparing and submitting New Zealand student visa applications.

Knowledge of financial documentation, Academic requirements, and visa compliance.

Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Ability to manage multiple applications while meeting strict deadlines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online visa application systems.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
