Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a portfolio of existing and prospective clients through virtual platforms (phone, email, WhatsApp, video calls).
- Understand client investment needs, risk appetite, and financial goals to offer personalized mutual fund recommendations.
- Assist clients/ Associates in starting SIPs, lump sum investments, or switching/redemption as per their needs.
- Upsell and cross-sell mutual fund products and related services (e.g., tax-saving options, retirement planning).
- Ensure regular follow-ups with clients for portfolio reviews, market updates, and service-related issues.
- Track and achieve sales and revenue targets assigned by the organization.
- Educate clients about new fund offerings (NFOs), market movements, and investment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI guidelines, KYC norms, and internal processes.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions on CRM systems

Qualifications & Skills:





- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or related field (MBA/PGDM is a plus).
- 1–3 years of experience in mutual fund sales, financial advisory, or relationship management (virtual or in-person).
- NISM Series V-A certification (Mutual Fund Distributor).
- Strong understanding of mutual fund products, SIPs, taxation perks (ELSS), and investor profiles.
- Excellent communication skills in English and].
- Ability to build rapport virtually and manage client expectations effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and good at multitasking.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and financial calculators.

Preferred Experience:

- Prior experience in a fintech, wealth advisory firm, or AMC distribution partner.
