Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer relationships through phone, email, chat, and video conferencing.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product or service recommendations.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers regarding products, services, renewals, or pending requests.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly customer engagement and sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships to improve customer retention and loyalty.
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations or service walkthroughs, where required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
