Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in bancassurance business.

- Build strong relationships with bank partners to identify current opportunities for cross-selling life insurance products.

- Manage a team of sales representatives to ensure effective execution of sales plans and provide coaching as needed.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay ahead in the competitive bancassurance landscape.

Job Requirements :

- 1-5 years of experience in bancassurance or related field (insurance industry).

- Strong understanding of life insurance products, including mutual funds, and ability to communicate effectively about them.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through relationship building and negotiation skills.
