Video Lead – Urban Gabru (JD) We’re looking for a creative and trend-driven Video Lead to own end-to-end video content for our beauty and personal care brand. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in reels, ad creatives, product videos, and social-first storytelling with a deep understanding of beauty, grooming, and digital trends.

Responsibilities

- Lead video content strategy across Instagram, YouTube, ads, and campaigns
- Create engaging reels, product videos, and brand content
- Handle shoot planning, direction, editing, and post-production
- Collaborate with marketing, social media, and influencer teams
- Ensure high-quality, trend-relevant, and performance-driven content
- Manage freelancers, production vendors, and shoot timelines Requirements




- 5+ years of experience in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands
- Strong skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of social media trends and content performance
- Experience in short-form video production and creative storytelling
- Portfolio showcasing reels, campaigns, and brand videos Preferred
- Beauty/grooming industry experience
- Experience with influencer and performance marketing content
- Quick-paced startup or agency background Location: Pune
