We're looking for a YouTube Producer who can bring these stories to life by owning the end-to-end production of our YouTube content—from shaping visual narratives before a shoot to ensuring every published video is engaging, impactful, and optimized for audience growth. What You'll DoOwn End-to-End Video Production Lead the complete production lifecycle for YouTube videos, from pre-production planning to final delivery.

Ensure projects are executed efficiently while maintaining high creative and editorial standards.

Coordinate timelines, resources, and stakeholders to deliver videos on schedule. Pre-Production & Shoot Planning Review scripts with a visual storytelling lens and recommend ways to strengthen narratives before production.

Create detailed shot lists, production plans, and shoot schedules.

Coordinate logistics, locations, equipment, and on-ground execution to ensure smooth shoots.

Work closely with presenters, writers, and production teams to capture all required footage while maintaining quality. Storytelling & Post-Production Review post-shoot scripts and recommend edits that improve clarity, flow, and audience engagement.

Guide editors through the editing process, providing creative feedback on storytelling, pacing, graphics, sound design, and overall quality.

Ensure every video aligns with The Better India's brand voice and editorial standards. YouTube Growth & Performance Collaborate with the YouTube team to optimize videos for watch time, audience retention, and overall channel growth.

Use YouTube Analytics to identify content patterns, audience behaviour, and opportunities for improvement.

Continuously experiment with storytelling formats, hooks, thumbnails, and production approaches to improve performance.



Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with writers, video editors, designers, presenters, and other creative stakeholders throughout the production process.

Foster strong communication to ensure creative alignment and seamless execution across teams.

What We're Looking For 3–5 years of experience in YouTube production, digital video production, or a similar role.

Strong understanding of visual storytelling, production planning, and post-production workflows.

Experience managing shoots, coordinating production teams, and overseeing video delivery.

Good understanding of YouTube content strategy, audience behaviour, watch time, and retention metrics.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Excellent communication, planning, and collaboration skills.

A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory if supported by relevant experience and a strong portfolio. Success in This Role You'll Be Successful In This Role If You Deliver high-quality YouTube videos consistently and on time.
