About the Role

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Video Producer to lead end-to-end video content creation for the brand. This role requires someone who can independently ideate, plan, shoot, direct, edit, and color grade videos while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful brand storytelling across digital and offline touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Concept Development

- Ideate and develop creative concepts for brand campaigns, social media, performance marketing, product launches, store campaigns, and internal communications.
- Understand marketing briefs and convert them into engaging visual stories.
- Write scripts, prepare mood boards, storyboards, and shot lists.
- Stay updated with content trends and proactively pitch new video ideas.

Production

- Plan and execute end-to-end video shoots.
- Direct shoots and guide on-screen talent to achieve the desired creative output.
- Operate professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Conduct location recce and manage shoot logistics.
- Maintain high visual quality while ensuring timely execution.

Post Production

- Edit videos for multiple platforms including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, website, CRM, and paid campaigns.
- Perform color correction and color grading.
- Add motion graphics, subtitles, sound design, music, and final finishing touches.
- Deliver platform-specific edits and versions.

Cross-functional Collaboration

- Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to execute video requirements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Ensure all content aligns with our brand guidelines and creative vision.

- Produce a wide variety of content including:
- Brand Films
- Digital Campaigns
- Social Media Reels & Videos
- Product Videos
- Store Videos
- Event Coverage
- Customer Stories
- Corporate Videos
- Employer Branding Content
- Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar for reels and video content in collaboration with the Brand and Social Media teams.
- Track social media engagement and performance, and create trend-driven content focused on improving organic reach and audience engagement.

Required Skills

- 7 years of experience in video production or branded content.
- Solid storytelling and visual communication skills.
- Hands-on experience across the complete production pipeline — from ideation to final delivery.
- Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, framing, composition, and audio recording.
- Excellent editing, pacing, and post-production skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under deadlines.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Film Production, Media, Visual Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications or professional training in filmmaking, cinematography, video editing, or post-production are an added advantage.
