Support the Learning & Development team by shooting learning videos, capturing photographs, and coordinating with outlet teams for planned shoots and training content creation.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle camera equipment for video shooting and photography.
- Shoot learning and training videos as per content and shoot plan.
- Capture photographs and video footage during training, events, and outlet activities.
- Coordinate with outlet teams for shoot scheduling and planning.
- Support the team in arranging shoot requirements and ensuring smooth execution.
- Perform basic video editing and footage management.
- Work on basic editing requirements using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Maintain video and photo files in an organised manner for future use.
- Ensure valuable quality visuals, proper framing, lighting, and clear footage during shoots.
Skills Required
- Basic camera handling and video shooting knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
- Basic video editing skills
- Planning and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and creative approach
- Willingness to travel to outlets for shoots as required
- Experience Required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in video shooting, photography, or camera handling.
- Experience in handling DSLR / professional camera equipment preferred.
