Key Responsibilities:

- Edit and assemble recorded footage into skilled, high-quality video content that aligns with educational objectives.
- Incorporate graphics, animations, captions, and other visual effects to enhance video content.
- Optimize video content for various platforms such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), YouTube, and social media.
- Ensure consistency in style, tone, and brand guidelines across all video projects.
- Collaborate with educators and content creators to understand learning objectives and tailor video content accordingly.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
- Perform color correction, audio editing, and sound design as required.
- Maintain organized archives of video footage and project files.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing techniques, trends, and software developments.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro,



or DaVinci Resolve.
- Experience with motion graphics tools like Adobe After Effects is a plus.
- Strong understanding of video storytelling, pacing, and visual design.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with educational content creation is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of video compression, encoding formats, and export settings for different platforms.

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Film Editing, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in video editing or motion graphics are advantageous.

Experience:

- 1-3 years of experience in video editing, preferably in an educational or EdTech environment.
