We're looking for a sharp Video Editor to join our team and create high-converting performance ads for Meta (Facebook & Instagram). If you live and breathe scroll-stopping content, you're in the right place.
What You'll Do
- Edit fast-paced, conversion-focused video ads for Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
- Craft compelling hooks in the first 1–3 seconds to stop the scroll and drive action
- Work with on-screen text, captions, and copy overlays to reinforce messaging and boost retention
- Maintain tight pacing and flow to keep viewers engaged through to the CTA
- Collaborate with the creative team to iterate on ad creatives based on performance data
- Deliver multiple versions and cuts of ads for A/B testing
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience editing video ads, ideally for direct response or performance marketing
- Solid understanding of Meta ad formats, specs, and best practices
- Ability to build and optimize hooks that capture attention immediately
- Skilled in text placement, motion graphics, and visual storytelling
- Eye for pacing, rhythm, and flow that drives watch time and conversions
- Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar editing tools
- Quick turnaround time with attention to detail
Bonus Points
- Experience using AI-powered editing or creative tools (e.g. CapCut AI, Runway, ElevenLabs, etc.)
- Background in performance marketing or working alongside media buyers
- Understanding of creative testing frameworks
