Role Summary
We're looking for a Video Editor to turn raw footage into scroll-stopping, on-brand content for Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid ads. You'll work closely with the creative team to bring campaign and social concepts to life in the edit.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-performing short-form content for Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid ads
- Turn raw shoot footage into polished, on-brand videos
- Add captions, sound design, and trending edit styles that fit our voice
- Collaborate closely with the creative and social team on concepts
- Maintain fast turnaround times without compromising quality
- Organize and archive raw and edited footage for easy reuse
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience editing short-form or social video content
- Solid hands-on skills in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or After Effects
- A sharp eye for pacing, trends, and what makes people stop scrolling
- Comfortable working with raw footage, voiceovers, and trending audio
- Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple edits at once
- Based in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon
Nice to Have
- Experience editing for a D2C or beauty brand
- Basic motion graphics or After Effects skills
- Strong understanding of social platform trends (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
- Sound design or music-syncing experience
