Role Description The Video Editor role at The Solutions Co. is a full-time, on-site position based in Durg.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing raw footage into polished video assets, including promotional videos, social media content, explainers, and corporate communications aligned with brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include organizing footage, trimming and sequencing clips, adding transitions and effects, performing basic color correction, and integrating motion graphics, titles, and sound. The role involves close collaboration with marketing, design,



and strategy teams to understand project objectives, refine storyboards, and ensure consistent visual storytelling across channels.

The Video

Editor will also maintain an organized asset library, adapt content for different platforms and formats, and stay current with video trends and tools relevant to the company’s clients and industries.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for a variety of marketing and corporate content types.

Proficiency in Video Color Grading to achieve consistent, high-quality visual style across projects.

Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance storytelling and brand messaging.

Experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).

Solid understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and audio-visual synchronization.

Attention to detail, strong time management skills, and ability to work in office in Durg within cross-functional teams.

Portfolio demonstrating video editing and motion graphics work;

experience in marketing or agency environments is an advantage.

Relevant education or training in film, media, design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
