Role & responsibilities

- Edit high-quality, cinematic short-form videos for Instagram Reels and other social media platforms
- Work on brand videos, product shoots, reels, and promotional content with a strong visual and narrative

style
- Perform color grading and color correction to achieve a cinematic look and feel
- Add motion graphics, transitions, text animations, and sound design using After Effects
- Sync footage with music/beats to enhance storytelling and viewer engagement
- Collaborate with the creative/content team to understand brief, concept, and target audience
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines




- Stay updated with the latest Instagram/Reels editing trends, transitions, and formats
- Organize and manage raw footage, project files, and version control efficiently

Required Skills
- Solid hands-on experience with DaVinci Resolve (color grading & editing)
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects (motion graphics, VFX basics)
- Good understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual rhythm for short-form content
- Sense of cinematic color tones, framing, and composition
- Ability to work with music beats/sound design for reels
- Basic understanding of current social media trends (Instagram/Reels specifically)
