Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Noida.

The Video

Editor will handle end-to-end video production tasks, including organizing raw footage, assembling sequences, and editing videos for various platforms and formats. Daily responsibilities include adding transitions, effects, motion graphics, and basic graphic elements to enhance storytelling and brand consistency. The role also involves performing color correction and color grading, syncing audio, and collaborating with content, marketing, and training teams to produce engaging educational and promotional content.





The Video

Editor will maintain file organization, adhere to deadlines, and ensure that all deliverables align with brand guidelines and project objectives.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience managing projects from raw footage to final output.

Proficiency in Video Color Grading and color correction to ensure consistent and high-quality visual aesthetics.

Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance visual storytelling and learner engagement.

Experience with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Photoshop or similar).

Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, aspect ratios, and platform requirements (web, social media, learning platforms).

Solid attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Effective collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams in content, marketing, and training.

Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communication, Animation, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
