About the Role We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor / Senior Video Editor to produce high-quality, engaging video content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have expertise in creating short-form ads, social media videos, promotional content, product videos, and AI-generated videos using both traditional editing techniques and modern AI tools.

This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, can manage multiple projects, and consistently deliver high-quality content within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit and create engaging video ads for Meta, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Produce Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, product videos, and performance marketing creatives.
- Convert scripts, briefs, and raw footage into compelling visual stories.
- Create AI-powered videos using text-to-video, image-to-video, AI avatars, voiceovers, and generative animation tools.
- Add motion graphics, visual effects, transitions, captions, sound design, and color grading.
- Repurpose long-form content into platform-specific short-form videos.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to create conversion-focused creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest video trends, AI technologies,



and social media best practices.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Required Skills
- 3 years of skilled video editing experience.
- Strong expertise in video storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
- Experience with AI-powered video creation tools.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Working knowledge of tools such as DaVinci Resolve, Kling AI, Higgsfield, Google Flow (Gemini), Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, and ChatGPT is preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media video formats (9:16, 1:1, 4:5, 16:9).
- Excellent communication, creativity, and time management skills.
- A strong portfolio showcasing short-form videos, advertisements, motion graphics, and AI-generated content is mandatory.

Preferred Qualification A degree or diploma in Film, Animation, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Mass Communication, Design, or a related field is preferred. Candidates with a strong portfolio and relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
