Role Description This is a flexible, project-based video editing role open to freelancers, students, or working professionals looking for side engagements. You will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging product demonstration videos on a per-project basis (get paid upon completion of each deliverable).

Day-to-day work includes taking raw product workflows and turning them into polished, clear, and visually appealing demo videos. We leverage modern tech stacks to build fast, so we expect you to work with or on top of AI tools to accelerate your editing, asset generation, and workflow. Familiarity with or a strong understanding of Remotion (code-driven video creation)



is a huge plus.

Qualifications & Mindset

- Problem Solver & Visionary: No strict degree or hard qualification required. We value curiosity, execution speed, and the ability to figure things out on the fly to build skills you don't even know yet.
- AI-First Workflow: Hands-on experience or comfort using AI tools to streamline script-to-video production, voiceovers, background assets, and editing workflows.
- Tech-Driven Editing: Solid grasp of core editing principles, with an understanding of or eagerness to build video programmatically using Remotion .
- Product Storytelling: Ability to take digital products/features and present them clearly in a sleek, up-to-date demo format.

Compensation Model & Pricing Expectations Payouts are project-based and calculated using a Standard Base Rate per Final Edited Minute plus a Complexity Tier Multiplier :

- Standard Pricing Metric: Base Rate per Minute of finished video output.
- Payout Adjustments: Complex projects requiring code-driven Remotion setups, custom motion graphics, or intensive AI generation scale up to higher fixed milestone tiers.
