Role Description The Video Editor role at Protrainy is a full-time, in office position based in Bhubaneswar.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing raw footage into engaging educational videos, incorporating motion graphics, titles, and transitions to enhance learning content. Daily tasks include collaborating with instructors and the content team to understand training objectives, organizing and managing video assets, synchronizing audio, and applying color correction and grading for a polished final output. The role also involves creating graphics elements for video lessons, maintaining brand consistency across all media,



and optimizing videos for different digital platforms.

The Video

Editor will contribute ideas to improve visual storytelling and support the production of new training modules and promotional content.

Qualifications

Strong skills in video production and video editing, with experience working on educational or training content preferred.

Proficiency in video color grading to ensure visual consistency and high-quality output.

Ability to create and integrate motion graphics to enhance explanations and learner engagement.

Experience in developing and using graphics for instructional and promotional videos.

Hands-on proficiency with industry-standard editing and motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools).

Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and the ability to follow branding and style guidelines.

Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with trainers, subject matter experts, and other team members on-site.

Relevant education or training in video production, multimedia, film, or a related field; a portfolio showcasing previous video work is highly beneficial.
