About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual content for corporate events, brand activations, social media campaigns, exhibitions, conferences, and promotional activities. The role requires someone who can transform raw footage into engaging stories that enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit high-quality videos for corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, product launches, award ceremonies, and brand activations.
- Create engaging content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Produce event highlight videos, after-movies, promotional videos, client testimonials, corporate films, and advertisements.
- Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, animations, music, sound effects, and visual effects to enhance video quality.
- Perform colour correction, colour grading, audio synchronization, and sound enhancement.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, graphic designers, content writers,



and the marketing team to deliver impactful visual content.
- Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Organize, manage, and archive raw footage and project files efficiently.
- Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing techniques, social media trends, AI editing tools, and emerging technologies.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Film Making, Multimedia, Animation, Visual Communication, Mass Communication, or a related field.

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in video editing (experience in an event management, advertising, media, or digital marketing agency will be preferred).

Proficiency in:

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator (basic knowledge)
- DaVinci Resolve (preferred)
- CapCut or similar short-form editing tools
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, typography, and visual composition.
- Knowledge of different video formats, codecs, resolutions, and platform-specific requirements.
- Basic understanding of photography and videography will be an added advantage.
