NThe Role

nWe're hiring a Video Editor to manage our post-production function independently. This is a role for a highly skilled editor with the confidence to take full ownership of how our brand, research, and product stories are told on screen. You'll transform scripts, concepts, and raw footage into cinematic, premium-quality films. Strong editing craft is central to the role, and a genuine interest in AI-driven tools and workflows is a significant advantage.

NThis is not a role for someone who simply executes a brief. We're looking for an editor who takes initiative, raises the standard without being asked, and treats the quality of every output as their responsibility.

NWhat you'll do

- Own post-production end to end, including pacing, transitions, sound, and colour grading, and deliver cinematic, premium content across brand and product narratives.

- Transform scripts, concepts, and raw assets into cohesive visual stories.

- Maintain consistency oftone, quality, and craft across all outputs, balancing luxury, clarity, and accessibility.

- Collaborate closely with our creative and content teams to refine and elevate ideas.

nWhat you bring

- 3+ years of professional editing experience and a thorough understanding of the complete production and post-production process.

- Solid command of AdobePremiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent tools.

- A solid grasp of visualstorytelling,



cinematic pacing, and narrative structure, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging formats.

- Experience with premium, brand-led, or cinematic content is a plus.

nYou should also begenuinely curious about how AI is reshaping video creation, and quick to adopt the best tools as the landscape evolves. A real fluency with today's leading AI-assisted platforms is a strong advantage, along with the ability to integrate AI-generated elements thoughtfully while maintaining full editorial control.
