Video Editor and Motion Graphics Designer (Cricket)

Cricket with Forza is a cricket media company with a straightforward goal: dominate the non-live cricket content space in India through original shows, in-depth analysis, personality-driven podcasts, travel vlogs, and behind-the-scenes content that keeps fans engaged 365 days a year, long after the final ball has been bowled. We're building across YouTube, Instagram, X, Facebook, and Spotify, with a roster of owned content IPs anchored by real cricket personalities: players, commentators, and creators.

Job Summary

We're looking for a Video Editor and Motion Graphics Designer who can own end-to end editing across long-form episodes and short-form social cuts, ensuring high storytelling quality, pace, and platform-native packaging. You will collaborate with producers, content strategists, and the social team to deliver content that drives watch-time, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Editing & Storytelling
- Edit long-form content (episodes, interviews, creator-led formats) with strong narrative flow and pacing.
- Create high-performing short-form cuts (Reels, Shorts, and platform-native short-form formats) with sharp hooks, clean transitions, and high retention.
- Enhance storytelling using b-roll, sound design, music, and motion elements (as required).
- Animation & Video
- Design and animate motion graphics for social, web, and product
- Storyboard concepts and develop them into finished pieces




- Post-Production Workflow
- Manage project files, timelines, proxies, exports, and backups with solid organization and version control.
- Ensure clean audio fundamentals (levels, basic noise reduction, syncing).
- Maintain a consistent visual rhythm and editing style across shows and formats.
- Packaging for Platforms
- Deliver platform-optimized edits for all relevant platforms - long-form video (YouTube, podcast video), vertical/short-form (Reels, Shorts, and equivalents on any emerging platform), and additional formats as the landscape evolves.
- Add subtitles/captions, on-screen text, and basic motion graphics aligned to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with design/social on thumbnails and cutdown strategy.
- Quality Control & Delivery
- Review final outputs for accuracy, continuity, and brand tone.
- Deliver on tight timelines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3–5 years in video editing (sports/ digital media preferred) and motion graphics.
- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, and platform-native short-form editing.
- Highly organized with strong file management and workflow discipline.
- Multi-cam podcast/ studio editing experience
- Strong interest in cricket/ sports storytelling and trends
