Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Motion Graphics & Video Editor to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in video editing, motion graphics, animation, and visual storytelling.

The role involves creating engaging videos for digital marketing, social media, corporate presentations, product demonstrations, customer communication, training content, and promotional campaigns. The candidate should be able to transform technical concepts and engineering solutions into impactful visual content.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality videos, animations, and motion graphics for digital platforms and marketing campaigns.
- Edit corporate videos,



product videos, project showcases, customer testimonials, and promotional content.
- Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and visual narratives aligned with brand objectives.
- Create engaging animations explaining technical products, fire protection systems, and engineering solutions.
- Design motion graphics elements including text animations, transitions, icons, illustrations, and infographics.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create content supporting lead generation and brand awareness.
- Edit videos for social media platforms including LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and other digital channels.
- Create short-form videos, reels, promotional clips, and campaign creatives.
- Add sound effects, background music, voiceovers, subtitles, and visual enhancements.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines, colors, fonts, and communication style.
- Manage video assets, project files, and content libraries.
- Stay updated with current video trends, editing techniques, and digital content formats.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Film Production, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics,



and digital content creation.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing and motion graphics skills.
- Experience creating content for B2B brands, industrial companies, engineering products, or corporate communication will be preferred.

Technical Skills Required

Proficiency in

- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva or similar design tools
- Video editing and animation techniques
- Motion graphics design
- Color correction and video enhancement
- Audio editing and synchronization

Knowledge of the following will be an added advantage:
- 3D animation tools (Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar)
- AI-based creative tools for video generation and editing
- Basic photography and videography
- Script writing and storyboard creation
