Video Editor (Performance Ads) — Meadbery, Zirakpur About Meadbery

Meadbery is a fast-growing D2C health & wellness brand (7+ years) based in Zirakpur, known for our Liver Detox and After Alcohol Aid products. We run high-volume paid advertising across Meta and YouTube, and video is at the heart of how we acquire customers. We're looking for a Video Editor who can turn raw footage, stock, and animation into ads that actually convert — not just look pretty. The Role

You'll own the production of direct-response video ads from concept to final cut. This is a performance role — your work will be judged on how well it stops the scroll, holds attention, and drives clicks and sales.

What You'll Do Edit high-converting video ads for Meta (Reels, Feed, Stories) and YouTube (skippable, bumper, in-feed)

Combine B-rolls, stock footage, motion graphics, and animation into polished creatives

Produce multiple ad variations and hooks quickly for A/B testing

Add captions, subtitles, sound design, and on-screen text optimized for sound-off viewing

Work closely with the marketing team to iterate on winning ad angles





Repurpose long-form content into short-form ad cuts

Maintain a fast turnaround while keeping quality consistent What We're Looking For 2+ years of hands-on video editing experience (D2C / e-commerce / performance marketing preferred)

Robust command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or DaVinci / CapCut equivalents)

Understanding of what makes direct-response ads perform — hooks, pacing, retention

Ability to source and use stock video and create basic animation/motion graphics

Experience editing for Meta and YouTube ad formats and aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9)

Speed without sacrificing polish A portfolio / reel of past ad work (mandatory) Nice to Have Familiarity with health/wellness or supplement advertising

Basic thumbnail/static design skills

Understanding of ad metrics (hook rate, hold rate, CTR) Location: On-site, Zirakpur
