We are looking for a passionate Video Editor who can create compelling documentary-style content that educates, informs, and engages audiences.

Role Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with 2–3 years of experience in documentary-style editing and visual storytelling. The ideal candidate should be capable of transforming raw footage into engaging narratives for YouTube, social media, founder-led content, customer success stories, and brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities Edit documentary-style videos, brand films, interviews, podcasts, customer success stories, and founder-led content.

Produce high-quality videos for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms.

Create engaging visual narratives using storytelling techniques, motion graphics, sound design, and cinematic transitions.

Collaborate with the marketing, branding, and content teams from concept to final delivery.

Perform color correction, audio enhancement, and visual optimization.

Design titles, lower thirds, animations, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects.

Ensure all content aligns with FinAGG's brand identity and quality standards.

Manage multiple projects while consistently meeting deadlines.





Required Skills 2–3 years of professional experience in video editing.

Strong experience editing documentary-style, YouTube, or storytelling-based videos.

Proficiency in

Adobe Premiere Pro

Adobe After Effects

Adobe Creative Suite

Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, composition, color grading, and audio editing.

Ability to create content optimized for digital and social media platforms.

A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating documentary, corporate, or branded storytelling projects.

Educational Qualification

Diploma in Video Editing

Bachelor's degree in Video Editing, Cinematography, Film Making, Mass Communication (specialization in video production), or a related creative field.

Preferred Qualifications Experience working with fintech, startup, B2B, or corporate brands.

Knowledge of motion graphics, typography, and cinematic editing techniques.

Familiarity with YouTube content strategy and social media video formats.

Basic understanding of AI-powered editing tools and workflow optimization is an added advantage.
