The ideal candidate should be passionate about storytelling, understand social media trends, and be capable of transforming raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos for YouTube, Instagram, and other digital platforms.

Responsibilities Edit short-form and long-form video content for YouTube, Instagram Reels, Shorts, and other platforms.

Add motion graphics, text animations, transitions, sound effects, and background music.

Create engaging hooks and maintain audience retention throughout videos.

Color correct and enhance video quality.

Collaborate with the content strategist, designer, and creator to execute content ideas.

Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form clips.

Follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all content.

Stay updated with the latest editing trends, storytelling techniques, and platform best practices.

Requirements Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.

Strong understanding of pacing,



storytelling, and visual communication.

Experience editing YouTube videos, Reels, and Shorts.

Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation.

Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

Portfolio showcasing previous video editing work.

Preferred Qualifications Experience working with content creators, influencers, or brands.

Understanding of YouTube retention strategies and social media algorithms.

Basic knowledge of graphic design and thumbnail creation.
