We're hiring: Video Editor & Co-Founder — Hollow Arc Media

Hollow Arc Media is a video editing and media production studio built for premium clients, SaaS companies, tech brands, and startups that care about how their story looks and feels. We're not chasing volume. We're chasing craft.

We're looking for a Video Editor & Co-Founder to build this with us from the ground up.

What you'll be doing:

- Editing and producing high-end launch videos, brand films and SaaS/product content for premium clients
- Owning the creative and technical quality bar — pacing, sound design, motion, color, story
- Shaping the studio's direction, process, and client roster as a founding partner, not just a hire
- Collaborating directly on pitches, client calls, and creative strategy

Who we're looking for:





- Solid hands-on editing skills (Premiere/DaVinci/After Effects — whatever your weapon of choice is)
- Someone who lives and breathes storytelling and design, not just technically skilled, but obsessed with how a cut feels
- Excellent communication, you'll be client-facing, not just behind the timeline
- Comfortable with ambiguity and ownership. This is a co-founder role, not a 9-to-6 editing seat
