We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Video Editor Trainee to join our production team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are eager to learn, grow, and work on real-world productions. The selected candidate will begin as a Video Editor Trainee for a period of six months, during which a monthly stipend will be provided, after which the candidate shall become a permenant employee Here's a polished LinkedIn that is concise, professional, and optimized for attracting the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Edit high-quality long-form and short-form videos.

Edit interviews, podcasts, documentaries, promotional videos, and short films.

Create engaging Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media content.

Design thumbnails and basic motion graphics.

Maintain consistent visual style, pacing, and storytelling across projects.

Collaborate closely with the creative, production, and content teams.

Adapt content for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

Deliver projects within timelines while maintaining high production quality.

Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance production workflows, including: Suno ,ElevenLabs , Higgsfield , HeyGen

Continuously explore new AI tools and creative editing techniques.

Proficiency in one or more video editing software:

Adobe Premiere Pro

DaVinci Resolve

Final Cut Pro

CapCut

Basic knowledge of

Adobe After Effects

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

Strong understanding of visual storytelling and editing principles.

Good sense of design, composition, pacing, and transitions.

Familiarity with content creation for YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Educational

Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any discipline.

Candidates with degrees in Visual Communication, Media, Animation, Film Making, Multimedia, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
