We are looking for a creative Video Content Creator who is passionate about producing engaging short-form and long-form videos for digital platforms.

This role is focused on video creation and production, not content writing.

The ideal candidate should be experienced in creating videos for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn, and should be comfortable appearing on camera, directing shoots, or coordinating video production.

Experience in financial services, stock markets, fintech, or investment-related content will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities

Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form YouTube videos

Plan, script, shoot, and coordinate video production

Develop educational and promotional videos around investing, stock markets, mutual funds, IPOs, and financial products

Work with designers, editors, and marketing teams to produce high-quality content

Stay updated with social media trends and create viral, high-engagement videos

Coordinate with internal subject matter experts for educational content

Optimize videos for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms

Manage end-to-end video production, from concept to publishing





Analyze video performance and continuously improve engagement Required Skills

3–6 years of experience in video content creation

Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube content

Experience in video scripting and storyboarding

Hands-on experience with video production workflows

Knowledge of social media trends and platform algorithms

Basic understanding of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar software

Strong communication and creative thinking skills Preferred Qualifications

Experience creating content for Financial Services, FinTech, Stock Market, Mutual Funds, Insurance, or Wealth Management

Knowledge of investing and capital markets

Experience working with influencers or financial educators

Ability to interpret analytics and optimise video performance Platforms
