Role Description The Vice President for Australia will lead and expand Esse India’s Australia-focused immigration and visa consulting portfolio from Australia. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for developing market strategy for Australian immigration services, overseeing client acquisition and retention, and ensuring compliance with relevant immigration policies.

The Vice

President will manage and mentor teams, coordinate with consultants to optimize client experience, and foster partnerships with external stakeholders and regulatory bodies related to Australian immigration. Daily activities include reviewing complex client cases, monitoring performance metrics, guiding process improvements,



and representing the Australia practice in senior leadership discussions. The role also requires close collaboration with marketing and operations teams to align service offerings with business goals and client needs.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience overseeing cross-functional teams and senior staff.

Expertise in immigration consulting or international education, ideally with direct exposure to Australian visa and migration policies.

Proficiency in business development, strategic planning, and market expansion within professional services or consulting environments.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build trust with clients and partners.

Robust analytical and decision-making abilities, with experience using data and metrics to drive performance and process improvement.

Demonstrated capability in client service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, ethical practice, and regulatory compliance.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Law, International Relations, or a related field; relevant certifications in immigration or global mobility are an advantage.

Ability to work in office in Bengaluru and collaborate effectively with teams across different locations and time zones.
